One.
Two.
Three.
The rain spat at the earth. As an unearthly stench soaked the air. A teen, around the age of 19 or so stood on a cliff. The waves on either side crashed amongst the rocks. The rain stung her skin, sliding off her as if she were never there.
It didn't seem so long ago. She remembers when she was a foolish girl. A stupid girl, like a little doll. She followed orders, no questions asked, nor given. As each droplet of rain fell, more memories rushed to her.
"You won't be like Mother" she could still hear his hissing. Cursing and disowning the only person who cared for him.
She remembered how stupid she had been. So foolish to have believed him. She realized how much she had matured over a year or two. The idea of blocking out emotions didn't seem all that silly anymore.
He broke her. Ruined her into shattered pieces. Like glass, ruined, shattered, glass. No longer a perfect little doll. No longer
confident and proud. Just a ruined, broken, shattered, thing. Afraid of her own shadow.
Her blood boiled at the thought of her revenge on her brother. How he ruined her life. Took away her freedom. Everything.
The more the painful memories came back. The more she found reason to hate her father. Dispise him. Her anger grew.
He took the only family she had, away from her. Now she was truely alone, she had grown acostume to the fact now however.
Yuki turned her gaze from the dark depths when she noticed she was no longer alone on the beach.
And then, she saw him.
Disappar before my eyes.
