Phoenix nearly bumped into Naryu as she suddenly stopped. With a curious look she asked, "You alright?"
The it dawned on her, Tala and Kai were just outside, "Oh."

Nayru couldn't but tremble at the thought of her best friends were outside. Once again, she took a deep breath and walked outside. Her knees nearly gave way but she stood still as she saw Kai and Tala.

The blonde closed her eyes as she walked outside. when she opened them, tears came to the corners of her eyes when she saw the 2 boys. she took a deep breath and fought back the tears.
Without thinking she ran to Tala, not careing what the others thought.
"Tala," She yelled out. she through her arms around him and cried into his shirt.

( you don't mind if I claim Tala, do you? ) Nayru just stood there, unable to move. She was too shocked to do anything at the moment. She felt like crying but swallowed her pride and tried to remain calm.

(No i don't mind, so you wanna claim his as your canon character or just this fic?). She felt eyes upon her, jet she remained hugging Tala tightly, never wanting to let go of him. she raised her head, resting her chin on his chest and looking into his eyes.

( both plz ) Tala smiled at her and hugged her tightly. Nayru smiled at the sight. She then looked down, smiling sadly as tears formed in her eyes.

Kai looked at the red head and one of his best friends before turning and looking directly at Nayru. his face softened as he saw the tears on her face.

Nayru managed to wipe them away and then noticed Kai looking at her. She looked up at him and managed to smile just a little.

Kai looked back to the blonde, before walking over to Nayru, letting the other 2 enjoy their reunion.

Nayru noticed and smiled a little more. "Hi.." she said. '"Hi?" That's all you can say?!' she yelled in her mind.

Kai stared at her, acknowledging her hello by caressing her cheek before pulling her into a friendly hug.
"How long?" he asked.

Nayru blushed madly at the friendly gesture. She smiled and hugged him back. "Way too long." she said.

He nodded breaking the hug just before he felt arms circle is waist from behind. he looked behind him to see Phoenix. she smiled before she broke the hug. he watched as her eyes closed as she fell backwards unconcious.

Nayru went wide eyed and caught her. Tala ran towards them and bent down by Phoenix. "Is she alright?" he asked. Nayru touched her forehead. "She has a bit of a fever." she said.

"She's pushed herself too hard," Kai said as he crouched down beside Nayru.
"Tala i suggest you take her inside before she gets any worse," Kai told the red head.
